| A literary context is the combination of a writer's total life situation in every aspect, presented within a writing style and format, along with subject matter. This is the base the writings exists within and both parts are inseparable. To attempt to read the writing without knowledge of this base will produce in the reader's mind something other than the writer's meaning. Since the Bible has many writers there is also the action of a progressive literary context which all the writers combined create. It is essential for the Bible reader to understand the individual and collective operation of God's use of a man made literary context system to convey His revelation to mankind. A reader can not allow his personal ideas and feelings to play a part in the learning and understanding of the meaning of the writing, and collection of writings in total. Factor the indisputable truth of billions of readers of the biblical books allowed to be a key part in the meaning of a biblical writing and all the diverse opposed additions. For a reader to add his reasoning and as part of the writing, or promote his thoughts as being on the same level as the biblical writer, is to change the work of God More importantly to be comprehended is, the act of God to employ the person who is educated within a specific nation, society, culture, and religious philosophy. All four human conditions God selected and purposed as part of His act of revelation. The writer's product is then, the physical guardian, secure vehicle, by which the information is carried to the specific people in need; the reason for the act of God; a human relationship with God as His citizen nationally, is not possible otherwise. The writer's life is the key for the reader's ability to learn and fully comprehend the personal responsible relationship God had in mind for the writer and reader. Some of the biblical writers did convey their knowledge of past writers moved by God to write, and the intentions of readers of all eras to have access. All the biblical writers make some reference to this "Literary Work of God" as a process which they were called of God to participate in; the relationship of a writer/messenger commissioned to be the legal extension of the Eternal King's planned decree Literary Context is made up of the writer's personal information, title, introduction, subject, and method/style of writing. Each part is essential to produce the body of writing. Simply stated, there is no writing if one of the parts is missing from the readers comprehension. The writing ceases to be the creation of the writer if the reader omits or leaves out any part of the Literary Context. Therefore, the reader has no function in the writer's creation, unless an invitation is present for the reader to engage in his own subjective thoughts, i.e. arriving at his own conclusions. Personal Information consists of the authors state of existence which is purposed to include the reader's participation in his view point from which he writes; the reader fills the writer's shoes as the writer provides the ability to do so; restrictions, expansions, lead the reader's mind along with the writer's character and person. This can include his national, social, economic, religious and political status. All of this personal information plays an active role in determining the basis for the writing. All the parts of the writing are created from these sources as one life giving energy which causes the writing to be created and exist. Depending on the type of writing, it also can include other writer's works already in existence or the presupposition of future writings anticipated by the writer himself or other writer's works. This especially is true of authoritative writings from within governmental and national efforts to provide their citizens with a civilization. In the case of the Christian Bible, it is clear this type of writing is presented. The Title, Introduction, Subject, and Writing Method are all parts of the writing which are by-products of the "Personal Information" and therefore extensions purposed to inform and educate the reader in a systematic ordered method of communication. In the case of the Christian Bible, national, social, religious, economic, and personal responsibility as citizens, is the over all context of the writings of all the writers. One final fact concerning writings from Kings, Monarchs, and their governments. The readers have the least amount of provided interaction, and in most cases, none at all. They are "Decrees" with penalties attached to provide incentives for the readers complete compliance. The "Literary Context" is also interwoven throughout the total body of the writings intended to be a "Signature" of the governmental authority. It is therefore impossible to remove the "Literary Context" from the writing, because it was skillfully placed there to guard and preserve the gracious provision of the King to all peoples of the earth in all times in human history. In the case of the Christian Bible, the Spirit of God is presented as the One who causes the human writers to write. Therefore, the writer's Literary Context is the authoritative power of the Holy Spirit and how the leading of Spirit of God occurs. |
| The Spirit of God does not lead a Bible reader by supernatural methods or spiritual means as He did the writer's mind when He caused him to write. If a reader claimed to experience a revelation while reading the written revelation, which is not in the writing, this would mean neither the writer or his readers had the complete word of God and God does not lead all in the same revealed truths. If this type of claim was of God, and an action of the Holy Spirit, then the biblical writers would have referred to this as an expected result from reading their writings. However this is never the case, but instead the very opposite is forcefully authoritatively decreed as Not of God.. The biblical writers wrote warnings, threats, judgments, and death for anyone attempting to use their writing without their literary contextual limitations imposed by the King himself. In fact, if a reader did not understand this in the writer's writing, it would be without a doubt because he did not heed the writer's huge amount of supplied data surrounding the doctrinal teaching. This literary context serves as a guard which preserves the integrity of the writings for all generations, no matter how far in the future it would be read. Every Bible reader is subjected to the same exact authority the writer was dominated by when he wrote by the leading and guiding of the Holy Spirit, who used the writer's life as the "Guard" of Jehovah Jesus' signed decree, i.e. the writer's writing = King's decree. Note: As you read, note each reference to the Holy Spirit causing action. He always lead according to the previous written revelation. God only included exactly what he planned for all generations to have access to. The action of God to cause a physical collection of writings was deliberate, planned and preserved as we have it today, nothing is missing or needs to be added. The Bible does not provide an account of every time the H.S. lead a believer, but instead records exactly what is needed for the readers from all ages who read the biblical books to understand clearly everything needed to intelligently place faith in God, God's way. The biblical writings are the only provision from God for believers since the Bible was completed 1900 years ago. If you believe God speaks to you revelations not in the Bible, but are your own personal private revelations, then you are a liar to yourself and all whom you have promoted this heresy to. God did not inspire anything but the Bible |
