Biblical Understanding
Progressive  Revelation  Read  In  Literary  Context

This website presents the Jewish/Christian collection of writings,
whose writers claim the source of information to be, Jehovah for
Old Testament writings, and Jesus for New Testament writings.

Jehovah and Jesus are the same Being, The Creator, who
became a Man, a King and Saviour

At one point in time, human language progressed enabling the
character and person of The Creator to be communicated
accurately enabling mankind to have an understandable
relationship; having access to words provided for the first time in
human history comprehension from a physical writing.

Jehovah began to provide, sustain, and preserve, writings by the
hand of mankind using their invention of journalism. He guided
their thoughts, which were derived from their lives, cultures,
languages, and man made religious philosophies. They wrote
exactly His progressive revelation; one writing at a time,
providing what mankind needed in that day. This enabled them
to know His thoughts concerning themselves and Himself, thus
creating a relationship which is what Jehovah God planned for
Himself and mankind from the start.
Jehovah employed this man-made method, and controlled it
completely resulting in a written revelation, guarded by the
human writer's literary context, which readers in all ages must
submit to or be judged.
To learn the literary context of any
of the biblical writings one must
have reliable reference works
which supply the biblical authors
languages, customs, social and
economic state, and government
and religious standards.  Combine
this data with the authors style and
manner of witing and you are faced
with a far amount of research. Now
the biblical authors did supply the
majority of this information,
however outside sources are a
help. Using Greek, Hebrew, middle
eastern and Jewish historical works
provides an overview not natural to
most Bible readers.
